My name is Agnieszka, and I am a mum of beautiful twin daughters, a wife, an entrepreneur and a foodie. And it is the love for food that motivated me to write this blog.

This idea has been following me for a long while. At first, I wanted to focus just on the culinary side as I have collected so many recipes over the years that finally, I wanted to sort them out for myself and the next generation.

But when I took part in a Coursera’s “Nutrition and Physical Health” course that broadened and systemized my knowledge on this very subject, I realised I would like to write not only about cooking but also about a healthy lifestyle; healthy but balanced, I mean with a bit of a twist.

So you will find in my blog delicious recipes for very healthy food, healthier versions of favourites as well as for truly scrumptious courses. The latter are not necessarily the healthiest, but I believe that life is too short to refuse yourself everything all the time.

Apart from recipes (not only diet ones!) I also include here interesting information and useful tips on why and how to be fit, healthier and hopefully happier too.
