  1. Preheat an oven to 180C (160C fan ovens).
  2. Mix the rhubarb and strawberries with the cornstarch and 50g sugar; transfer to an ovenproof dish.
  3. In a food processor whizz the two types of flours with 100g sugar, coconut oil and salt until crumbly.
  4. Scatter the crumble on top of the fruit and place in the hot oven.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
